How do I install procare?
Start the Installation
- Download the installer.
- Enter the Installation Key number found in your “Welcome to Procare” email.
- Continue following the on screen instructions, clicking Next as appropriate.
- When the installation is complete click Finish.
Is procare app free?
Procare mobile web apps are free and only available for anyone using the Procare Cloud service with Procare Select. The Check-In App requires the Attendance Tracker module.
How do I update my procare software?
To make sure you have the latest version installed go to Utilities > Check for Online Update. Once an update has been downloaded each Procare computer (on your network) will automatically prompt you to install. Note: Updates for persons using the Procare Cloud Service are managed automatically by Procare.
What is client patch?
A client patch is a software patch for. Symantec Endpoint Protection. Windows clients that corrects a product defect or functionality issue that exists in the client code.
How do I change my email on procare?
Option 1
- Go to the website under My School > Students.
- Select the name of the child.
- Scroll down to the Parents / Guardians section and click on the ellipsis (…) at the end of the row.
- Click “Edit Parent,” change the email address, and click “Save Changes.”
Is procare and MyProcare the same?
MyProcare is a parent portal available to Procare Cloud customers, that serves two primary purposes: New families may register online or be placed on a wait list. See “Best Practices” below.
How much does procare app cost?

How do I change my parent email address?
Android
- Log into your parent account.
- Tap on your profile icon in the upper left corner of the screen and select “Settings” beside your account.
- Tap on your email address and edit the email address.
- Tap the blue “Ok” button to save your changes.
Does procare have an app?
Procare allows you to run your entire school operations through our childcare app and website. PARENTS: Engage with your child’s activities that are shared from school and easily message your child’s staff.

How do I install ProCare on my computer?
Run the compatibility check for Procare version 10.3 on each computer that will use Procare. Make sure your computer and internet connection meet the system requirements. Make sure your computer is current with all Windows Updates. Locate your Installation Key Number (from the “Welcome to the Procare Cloud” email you received).

Is there a ProCare check in shortcut on the desktop?
If you answer “yes”, a separate Check In shortcut will be created on the desktop. When the installation is complete click Finish. A Procare shortcut will appear on your desktop. You may also have a second shortcut for Procare Check In.
