Is there a way to rig Elfster?
The awesome thing about Elfster is that it is very simple to use, specially if you’re the “organizer.” You start a group, enter in the email addresses of those who you’d like to participate, and then click the button that sends out the invite. Once that is done, I go into some of the settings to rig the draw a bit.
How do you add someone to late on Elfster?
Tap/Click “Draw Names” when you are ready to draw names.
- If there is more than one person, the latecomers will be assigned to each other and the rest of the assigned draws for your exchange will not change.
- If you have only one latecomer, you must select a name to assign the new person to.
Can you do a redraw on Elfster?
You can redraw, you don’t need a new exchange.
Is elfster wish to Anonymous?
The elves have got you covered! You can anonymously poke a friend to wish if their Wishlist is empty or you need more ideas than what they’ve added.
Does Secret Santa need to be even?
Yes. It doesn’t matter if your party consists of an even or an odd number of participants. It is no guarantee that if person A was assigned to person B that person B is also assigned to person A. Secret Santa uses a macro to make sure everybody on the list is assigned to someone else from the list.
