The TTR125 DOES have an oil filter. It is a centrifical style one like the early XR75’s. Its not a easily serviced thing like a disposable element but it is on the end of the primary drive( under the clutch cover). Time to clean it would be when the bike chews up something in the engine / major overhaul.
