Why does Janemba sword break?
As Super Janemba is about to deliver a finishing blow, it is destroyed after Vegeta saves Goku with an energy blast that lands on him. Though surprised at first, the demon merely laughs about it maniacally before Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta attacks him head-on. The sword is never seen again after it disintegrates.

However, this is only because Super Janemba can spilt dimensions and on top that, use it himself to travel within a micro-second to defeat his enemies. Super Buu (Gotenks Absorbed) dominated Ultimate Gohan. In Wrath of the Dragon, Hirudegarn also defeats Ultimate Gohan. However, Super Janemba has been stated to be tougher than even him, meaing that Janemba could defeat Ultimate Gohan. This also means Super Janemba is at least equal to Super Buu with Gotenks absorbed.
Who would win in a fight Janemba or kid boo?
Janemba was beating a SSJ 3 Goku and fusion dance was needed in order to beat him. Kid Boo was fighting equally against SSJ 3, even Goku said that if he could reach his maximum power he will wipe out Boo from existence. Janemba wins.
Can Goku and Vegeta defeat Super Buu with Ultimate Gohan absorbed?
With Ultimate Gohan absorbed (along with Piccolo, Goten, and Trunks), Goku and Vegeta stood no chance against him, even as Super Saiyans. Not even Goku in Super Saiyan 3 form could defeat Super Buu in normal form, let alone with Gohan absorbed.
