In episode 120, it’s confirmed that Komachi does actually love Ryotsu, even though she’s always trying to hide it. To add to this, she basically turned into Ryotsu’s main love interest. The other girls, like Maria, stopped having any romantic scenes with Ryotsu, except for a few occasions.
