Big book that has a lot of info regarding health and fitness for everyone not just a bodybuilder. I bought two books: “Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding” by Gerard Thorne and Phil Embleton (made from magazine Musclemag’s articles), and “The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding” by Arnold Schwartzenegger.
How many pages is the encyclopedia of bodybuilding?
For a seasoned Elite Weight trainer i found this book a good read. Although 792 page, and heavy book to read.

What is the best book on strength training and anatomy?
Over this book I’d recommend Frederic Delavier’s Strength Training and Anatomy volume two. It condenses alot of the principle from the Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding into a well written, easily interpretable book with detailed anatomical illustrations that highlight what muscles are trained with what exercises and how to train them.
What is your upper body workout routine?
The upper body work consisted of heavy standing presses, curls, bench presses, both barbell and dumbbell rows at anywhere from 6 to 10 reps per set. At this time, I did no other activity and rested whenever I was away from the weights. My whole life I’ve done Arnolds routine I have packed muscle one pound after another.
