What causes engine rattle on startup?
As far as the rattle sound could be heard while starting your car’s engine, there’s something wrong with your starter motor assembly. When you put your ignition on, the current to drive your starter motor requires the higher voltage and so usually the higher current go through the relay and goes to the starter motor.
