To find a glyph, use your Eagle Vision and you’ll be able to spot them very easily since they glow quite brightly. To get its puzzle, however, you need to get real close to it. You can also identify which buildings have glyphs on them by looking in the database.

Located on the north-eastern lighthouse. Glyph is on the middle level of the building – we can get there by moving on the edge. In the first part of the puzzle guess which images have some red accents (Jason, David and Goliath, Jesus Christ, Joseph, Christ Disrobed). In the second part you are looking for the object from the right.
