There are many locations for camping in the central region of the Grampians National Park including, Smiths Mill Campground, Borough Huts Campground, Boreang Campground and Jimmy Creek. Jimmy Creek Campground is located in an open forest adjacent to the upper Wannon River.

Boreang Campground requires advanced bookings and payment year-round. There are 12 campsites that are only suitable for tent-based camping and 11 drive-in sites suitable for camper trailers, caravans, campervans and large tents.
