Should I choose Sound or Toon-up?
If you want to do tasks and gag training by yourself, you should choose sound. But if you want to do that with others and friends, you should choose Toon-up.
Can Toon-up Miss?
To indicate a missed Toon-Up, a toon will chuckle instead of laughing. A chuckle is simply a series of words not capitalized, such as “ha ha ha” or “heh”.
What is considered a high Toon?
A maxed toon would obviously be a 137 laffer with maxed gags. A high toon, in my opinion, would be above 100 laff with most of their gags maxed (at least 4).
How do you get a sound gag in Toontown?

Is lure or drop better?
Drop isn’t essential always, but you might need a higher level Lure to save yourself. Choose drop first it would be easier. Drop is hard to train so by the time you get lure it should be easy to train then.
Can you have all gags in Toontown?

How do you train Toon up?
Go to an invasion district, 4 or 5 story building. Defeat it as normal until the final floor, and then keep one or two cogs alive and use up all of your toon up every round as the cog keeps attacking you.
Is drop or lure better in Toontown?
Can you drop on a lured cog?
When Trap gags are deployed, a lure gag is also needed for the cog to take damage and the toon to receive credit for that gag. However, if a cog is already lured, a Trap gag cannot be deployed on that cog. Drop gags will always miss lured cogs. They must be unlured before Drop gags can hit.
How accurate is toontoon-up?
Toon-Up is a gag track available once a toon commences the ToonTasks in Toontown Central and once again in Minnie’s Melodyland. If not chosen in either it will be available for a final time in The Brrrgh. These gags are the first gags used in battle. Toon-Up has medium accuracy.

Toon-Up gags are the first set of gags used during Cog battles, and rely on healing the targeted Toon (s) by the amount of laff points set for each gag. If a Toon-Up gag heals multiple Toons at the same time, the value is split evenly between them.
