Where can I park near Ortigia?
Molo Sant’Antonio
There is parking off the island of Ortigia – a large car park called Molo Sant’Antonio (along via Bengasi/via Rodi), and only 5 minutes walk from the island over the pretty bridge. It’s a pay and display car park – around 15 euros per day – with automatic ticket machines (€ 1,50/hour for cars).

Is the free parking in Talete Ortigia Siracusa no more?
It seems that the free parking in Talete Ortigia SIRACUSA is no more. Friends of mine were ticketed last week, because the vigile said, it is now pay and display 24/7. So, even there are no signs announcing the change, you must buy a ticket if using the car park on weekdays, at night, at weekends, etc.

Ask your hotel for the permission to enter in Ortigia. During working days you can at the moment freely enter in the island (look at the green/red traffic signals). You can park at the Talete, Molo San Antonio, Porta Marina or on the blue parking places with a ticket.
