Can you paint big stretch caulk?
Big Stretch cures by moisture evaporation. Be aware that low tem- peratures and higher humidity will slow down cure time. Paintable with exterior latex paints after 4 hours and interior latex paints after 24-48 hours (more for humid conditions). Wait at least one week for oil-based paints.

Additionally, clear caulk can look very nice on shower fixtures and back plates, especially if they’re made from metal.

Does caulk come out after a few years?
Regular caulk falls out after a few years and you have to refill the crack and then try to touch up the paint (almost impossible). I tried Big Stretch. It worked so well that I use it everywhere.
