How do I find my greenshield number?
Your unique GSC ID number is located on the front of your ID card, beneath your name. GSC ID numbers for dependents (if applicable) can be found on the reverse side of the card. As the plan member (or the cardholder), your GSC ID Number ends with -00.
How do I opt out of U of T fees?
You must opt-out annually, at the beginning of the term you are first registered in. You cannot rejoin the plan after you have opted-out, so check the expiry date on your insurance. Opt-outs are done online only. Visit www.studentcare.ca to opt-out online.
What does UOFT dental plan cover?
You have access to preventive care with a Plan that offers $800 coverage for dental visits per policy year. The current policy year is from Sept. 1, 2021 – Aug. Your Plan covers 60% to 80% of your dental costs.
