How long does it take to get a refund from Dune?

Where is my dune refund?
Items returned to us via Collect+ or Royal Mail, can take up to 14 days to arrive with us and for a refund to be processed. You can track your return by visiting the Collect Plus or Royal Mail websites, using the tracking number provided on your postage receipt.
Can you return Dune shoes to Debenhams?
You can return the item(s) to us by either using one of our postal options (see below) or by taking the item to one of our standalone stores. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept returns of items at our concessions within John Lewis, House of Fraser, Selfridges, Top Shop, Dorothy Perkins or Debenhams.
How long does it take to get a refund from Oasis?
The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer). We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

Are Debenhams still accepting returns?
Debenhams will continue to trade both in-store and online while it looks for a new buyer to take on some or all of the business. As far as shoppers are concerned, Debenhams says right now it’s still business as usual, with gift cards and online orders still being honoured, and returns still accepted.
How do I return something bought online?
Returning an online item to the store will reduce wait times for your refund or exchange. Replace the item in its original packaging. Bring your item, original packaging, the credit card you used, if applicable and the receipt. Go to the Returns or Customer Service department at the store.
