Cast your mind back to the epic 2019 line-up – Flume, Denzel Curry, Doja Cat, Diplo – aaah, better times. So, it was a total bummer that Listen Out, and it’s spin-off event Listen In, couldn’t go ahead in 2020. And COVID be cursed, the event won’t be returning in 2021, either.

More devastating news on the festival front today, as much loved hip-hop and electronic touring event Listen Out has revealed that it will not go ahead in 2021. The cancellation of Listen Out is another blow to the fate of touring festivals, with Fresh Produce’s debut run having to be canned for similar reasons.
