How do you score mathcounts?
Individual Score Calculated by taking the sum of the number of Sprint Round questions answered correctly and twice the number of Target Round questions answered correctly. There are 30 questions in the Sprint Round and 8 questions in the Target Round, so the maximum possible Individual Score is 30 + 2(8) = 46.
Is mathcounts easy?
This round is very fast-paced and requires speed and accuracy as well. The earlier problems are usually the easiest problems in the competition, and the later problems can be as hard as some of the Team Round questions. No calculators are allowed during this round.
