Three days after graduation from Rhode Island School of Design, he founded NEMO Equipment. The name – New England Mountain Equipment – is a tribute to our New England roots and home and a nod to Jules Verne’s Captain Nemo.

For wet weather performance, the Nemo Hornet tent provides excellent protection in most three-season conditions. The rainfly is made of an even thinner 10D nylon fabric. Who is NEMO Equipment?
Cam Brensinger incorporated NEMO Equipment on April 24, 2002 with the intention of bringing high-level design and engineering to the outdoor industry. Only two months later, following his graduation, Cam moved NEMO into an historic mill in Nashua, NH.
