What’s interesting is that almost all the cards that were brought back are Limited, except for one: Sangan. Once a staple in virtually every deck it’s been Forbidden for years, but Konami bumped it all the way up to Unlimited with its new effect that packs a couple more restrictions than it used to.
What is a sangan?
“Sangan” means “Three Eyes” (三眼 sangan) in Japanese. This was part of a trend in the beginning of the card game to give cards that had English names in the OCG (“Critter”), Japanese names in the TCG (“Sangan”).

Is crush card virus banned?

Is Goyo Guardian still banned?
Goyo Guardian is banned because as soon as the exceeds hit he’s broken. Because right now he can be used in any deck as a good beatstick.
Are trap cards banned?
