Can you project onto a wall?
The simple answer is yes! But using a projector without a screen will decrease the quality of the viewable image. A simple white wall will definitely provide a good surface for an image to be projected, but there are definitely some downsides to it. A wall does not reflect light near as well as a projector screen.
Can you use a projector on a window?
If you point your projector directly at a window, your viewers may be able to see the bright beam of light coming from the machine. Or, depending on the setup of your room and furniture, you can also position the projector higher and angle the beam down or place it off to the side and angle it toward your window.
