Items purchased online can be returned online or at The North Face retail stores within 60 days of purchase. Items purchased online via thenorthface.com using PayPal, Klarna or Apple Pay are not eligible for in-store returns. Please use the pre-paid shipping label included in your shipped package to complete the return.
What is the warranty policy for North Face products?
All shipping to the Warranty Repair Department must be pre-paid and insured. The North Face will not be liable for in-bound packages that are lost. Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
