While it’s possible, I wouldn’t try it. It’s more likely that the ferret would kill the guinea pig. Ferrets are carnivores and except for a rare ferret or two, they will kill (and perhaps eat) guinea pigs, mice, rats, birds, snakes, rabbits, fish, etc.
