The DISA Mentoring Program is part of an ongoing commitment to the continuous development of DISA’s workforce. The program provides a positive and supportive environment conducive to developing employees into more self-confident, fulfilled, motivated, and well-rounded employees.
What happens if you fail a DISA?
If an employee fails a drug test through DISA’s program, it will remain on their account indefinitely. However, once a Return-to-Duty program is completed, the failed drug test will still remain on the individual’s account indefinitely due to owners with zero tolerance.
