What is Protecto WRAP used for?
Protecto Wrap® manufactures a full line of peel-n-stick membranes for sealing doors and windows; waterproofing foundations and decks; and creating air barriers for new construction applications.
Is protecto wrap heat resistant?
Our tape can be applied down to -10°F and has excellent high temperature resistance to 300°F. The same tough TPO facer that is used as a seam and flashing tape on single ply TPO roofing. The facer offers excellent conformability to irregular surfaces and has high puncture resistance to rough back fill materials.

How do you remove protecto wrap?
You must remove the non-stretch liner for the tape to seal properly. Remove the non-stretch liner by peeling from a corner. Once the liner is removed, the tape will appear flat in finish.
Does protecto wrap stick to concrete?
This 25-mil polyethylene-backed aggressive rubberized asphalt adhesive membrane can be applied to vinyl, plywood, OSB, concrete, metal, aluminum, polyethylene, building wrap products, block and masonry surfaces to form an air/vapor moisture barrier system.
Is flashing tape heat resistant?

Is protecto wrap compatible with Tyvek?
Protecto Super Stick Building Tape has been tested on Dupont™ Tyvek® Housewrap® by Protecto Wrap Company for Adhesion and Chemical Compatibility Per AAMA 713 requirements and we have found the products are compatible. Adhesion to the Tyvek Housewrap was found to be excellent without the need for Primer.
How thick is protecto wrap?
Protecto Flex® Protecto Flex is a 40-mil thick peel and stick flashing tape. The flexible cross-laminated top surface will expand and conform to irregular or curved surfaces while the aggressive adhesive forms a permanent bond between the window fin and the building substrate.
