What is articulate software used for?
Articulate Storyline is the industry’s favorite software for creating interactive courses. It’s simple enough for beginners, yet powerful enough for experts. And it lets you create virtually any interaction you can imagine, in minutes.
How do you create a software simulation?
How to create effective interactive software simulations?
- Be clear about the target software.
- Understand your users.
- Decide the degree of interaction.
- Choose the right eLearning authoring and screencasting tool.
- Simulations mimic exactly what you have done.
How do you record a simulation?
- Select File > Record New Software Simulation.
- Click Screen Area or Application.
- Click Automatic or Manual in the Recording Type area.
- Choose the appropriate recording mode from the following:
- Do one or all the following:
- Click Record.
Does Articulate have a LMS?
An LMS is simply a tool that allows you to distribute e-learning courses to your learners and track their activity. Here at Articulate, we design our e-learning software to work with all kinds of LMSs, and so we thought it would be good to review the basics of this important part of your e-learning platform.
Is Articulate a LMS?
Founded in 2002, New York-based Articulate claims to serve 106,000 companies, including the entire Fortune 100. Its core apps include Articulate 360 for authoring training courses, which companies can export to the web or host on their own learning management system (LMS).
What are simulations?
A simulation imitates the operation of real world processes or systems with the use of models. Simulation techniques aid understanding and experimentation, as the models are both visual and interactive. Simulation systems include discrete event simulation, process simulation and dynamic simulation.
What is a hotspot in Articulate Storyline?
Hotspots are similar to Buttons in that they can be interactive. You insert hotspots over slide assets or areas of a slide and then use triggers to make the hotspot interactive. To insert a hotspot, click the Insert tab on the Ribbon and, from the Interactive Objects group, click Hotspot.
How do you make a simulator?
Developing Simulation Models
- Step 1 − Identify the problem with an existing system or set requirements of a proposed system.
- Step 2 − Design the problem while taking care of the existing system factors and limitations.
- Step 3 − Collect and start processing the system data, observing its performance and result.
