How do you get MacRitchie nature trail?
To get to MacRitchie Reservoir by public transit, take any bus to the ‘MacRitchie Reservoir’ stop on Lornie Road, or take the Circle Line to Caldecott MRT and from there it’s a ten-minute walk.
Where does the MacRitchie trail start?
MacRithchie Nature Trail (3 km) connects Venus Link and MacRitchie Reservoir Park. It is a mostly downhill trail from Venus Link towards the Park, but if you do it the other way, it’s an uphill trail. TreeTop Walk trail (2km) starts near Ranger Station and ends at Petaling Hut.
Can you walk MacRitchie at night?

Re: Hiking in the MacRitchie Reservoir Area – is it safe? During the week it can be a bit quiet in some stretches and given its about 7 km roundtrip you can be far from help. If going alone you may want to go on weekends when it’s more crowded, don’t go alone at night, and bring your phone in case.
