How do you solve the puzzle in the Seafloor Cavern?
Make sure you don’t go through the [Exit] cave, it’ll take you back to the beginning. Push each boulder in the direction specified, and in the order specified. This is the last puzzle you’ll have to do in the Seafloor Cavern….Wild Pokemon.

What do you do in the Seafloor Cavern?
The Seafloor Cavern (Japanese: 海底洞窟 Seabed Cavern) is a location in Hoenn, deep beneath the water of Route 128. After surfacing inside the cave, there is a maze of tunnels to the deepest part, where the super-ancient Pokémon resides. In order to reach it, the player must use Surf and Dive.
How do you get through the Seafloor Cavern in Pokemon Sapphire?
It can only be reached by diving into an underwater trench in Route 128. The entrance is at the south part of the trench. Resurface to reach the entrance of the cave. You’ll noticed the submarine Team Aqua/Magma stole earlier….Seafloor Cavern.
