Which is the best fondant icing?
Satin ice is my favourite, it can be rolled out very thin, doesn’t tear very easily and has a yummy vanilla taste. Satin ice also do others flavours and their own gumpaste. I mention gumpaste because the fondant has a habit of crumbling if you add colour to it and is best to buy the ready coloured.
