Can I visit Ground Zero?
The 9/11 Memorial is free to visit, so you won’t require timed tickets or wait in any lines. You can come anytime during operational hours, with the exception of rare public events.
How much does it cost to visit Ground Zero?
Admission to the memorial is always free of charge. Admission to the museum is free Mondays from 3:30pm until close. The last admission is two hours before closing; however, limited quantities of these tickets are available.
How long is ground zero tour?

Our guided tour is 90 minutes. You can also add on a visit to the 9/11 Museum, which takes about two hours, and the One World Observatory at Freedom Tower, which takes about an hour.

Can I change my 9/11 Ground Zero tour date?
For the 9/11 Ground Zero tour portion, you can always reschedule your tour without penalty if you would like to change to a different day. In the rare case of downpours or undoable weather conditions, we will cancel the tour and offer refund.
