The NCO Club, located at 5700 Lee Road, is open to all ranks of military members, family members and DOD civilians.
What is an NCO club?
This is a place for the corps of non-commissioned officers to share ideas, vent their feelings, and generally blow off some steam. Like the proverbial NCO club, it is meant to be a space that is laid back, easy-going, full of camaraderie, and sometimes full of heated debate – minus the throwing things.
Can civilians enter Fort Jackson?
Visitors who do not have a government-issued identification card, will be subject to a background check in order to get an access pass, before being allowed to enter the installation. Those who show a common access card (CAC card), Military ID, Military Dependent ID, or DBIDs Card won’t be affected.

Does the USAF still have officers clubs?
Well, because Officers’ Clubs are something of an endangered species. Across the country, officers’ clubs are disappearing. There are just a few left, and the reasons are similar to those at MacDill Air Force Base — budget cuts, and more of a focus on family needs, like childcare and libraries.

What happened to Oclubs?
United States military policy changes in response to political criticism included discouraging alcohol consumption and opening the officers’ clubs to enlisted personnel. Many officers’ clubs closed as they became unable to compete with civilian restaurants after a sharp decline in revenue from alcoholic drink sales.
Can NCOs go to officers Club?
Officers, both warrant and commissioned officers may enter an NCO club. Enlisted members and NCOs may enter the O’Club. NCO’s may host events at their club and invite officers to attend for various reasons, such as speaker, honoree, courtesy invitation for supervisors/commanders, etc.
