I was so excited about the Joe & The Juice sandwich because it’s served on this incredibly thin, pita-like bread, which is then grilled.

How do you make Joe and juice?
They are imported all the way from Denmark….Directions:
- Toast 2 slices of bread and let cool if possible.
- Spread butter on each side of each slice of bread.
- Spread homemade basil pesto.
- Add cucumber, tomato, mozzarella cheese, avocado, ham and salat.
- Put the sandwich together and it’s all done 🙂
