Drilling Dibond is the same as drilling full aluminium sheets and plastic sheets. For drilling aluminium composite panels (ACP), regular drills and drill bits are sufficient. When choosing a drill, go for a high-speed steel (HSS) twist drill with a drilling angle of between 100 and 140 degrees.

Can you paint on Dibond?
You normally get very good adhesion from almost all paint systems if you first lightly scuff the surface first and wipe with alcohol.
