Should I do lean beast or huge beast?
If you are solely focused on getting big, follow the Huge Beast schedule. It focuses on building muscle with heavy weights and little cardio. If you choose the Lean Beast schedule, you’ll do more cardio and spend additional time shredding in the third phase of the program, the Beast phase.
What is the difference between body beast build and bulk?
Bulk is a six-week phase that takes the training to a more physically demanding level, with a focus on heavier lifting and moving the weight with the muscles. Beast is the last three weeks and is the most demanding, with a faster pace to help you finish your training looking and feeling like a beast.
Does beast body really work?
Definitely an amazing lifting program. I saw significant increase in the amount of weight I could lift in every workout. If you enjoy cardio this may not be the program for you. If you follow the program as recommended after the first few weeks you enter the “bulk” phase of 6 weeks with literally no cardio at all.
Will body Beast help me lose weight?
