Can Titanic units shoot out of combat?
Titanic models can now shoot after falling back (even if they have no specific ability for it on their datasheet). This is quite a drastic change, when vehicles can already shoot in combat. I’m sure there’s a few Taunar players who might like this change a lot, depending on what points cost the Taunar gains.

Can Fly units fall back and shoot?
It no longer offers units the ability to Fall Back and shoot, which means you need to put extra effort into screening enemy charges and preventing your critical shooting units from being engaged in combat. Flyers in particular took a heavy NERF losing the ability to be able to fall back and shoot.

Generally it’s agreed that unless the unit is really super dense it’s unlikely most units of Infantry to fully block LoS, so it’s generally accepted that you can shoot through them, to an extent.

No you can’t. Fall Back and Shoot is not one of the traits you can take as a successor chapter, unless you use Inheritors of the Primarch to give them the Ultramarine trait, in which case you can’t give them a second one.

Can you fallback and advance?
Some of the major changes start with falling back. As always, you can never advance when you fall back and you can’t charge in the same turn where you fell back. However, tightening things down a bit more, you also can’t cast Psychic Powers after falling back unless you’re a big ol’ mondo unit.
