We do following steps:
- Install SQL Server 2019 on the new server.
- Install Azure DevOps 2020 on the new server.
- Create a Backup at the Admin Console on the old server.
- Restore this backup with the Admin Console on the new server.
- run Configuration Wizard at the Admin Console on the new server.
