Are Bravissimo doing fittings Covid?
We continue to keep safety as a priority when having a fitting with us, so we are continuing to offer bra fittings at a DD+ distance or if you’d prefer a regular fitting, we can do that. Whatever your preference we’re still here to give the same uplifting and fun fitting experience!
Can you try on bras in Bravissimo?
Did you know we offer free click and collect to all of our shops? Choose your local shop to pick up your order from and you’ll get an email to let you know when it’s ready to collect. You can also try on in-store and our friendly fitters will be more than happy to check the fit of your items too!

Where is the best place to be measured for a bra?
Stand upright without a bra on, and using a measuring tape, measure around your back and under your bust, where the band of a bra would usually sit. Make sure the tape is going around in a steady, even line. It should feel snug, but not tight. Measure in inches: if you land at an even number, that is your band size.
Does Bravissimo do C cup?
Yes, Bravissimo starts at a D cup. But if you take into account that many women are wearing bras too small, and the possible differences in the way you were measured 10 years ago then it’s entirely possible that women who currently believe they are wearing a B or C cup would actually be better off in a modern D cup.
Can you try bras on in shops?
You can get your bra tailored. Altman notes that some specialised lingerie stores offer band alterations at low cost. Others “can fully alter your bra.” You can also bring your everyday bra to the tailor to take in a slightly stretched-out band or too-loose straps.

What is my breast size?
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Subtract the band size from this measurement. Use this number to determine your cup size according to the table below. Example: if your ribcage measurement is 31, and your bust measurement is 37, your bra size is a 34C: 31+3=34, so 34 is your band size.
