Are match grade barrels more accurate?
In the course of firing a match, or during a long day of sniper training, a barrel that is less affected by the heat of firing multiple rounds will be more accurate than a thin barrel that heats up quickly and warps with temperature changes. Accuracy is achieved by eliminating as many variables as possible.
