Are Line 6 Spider amps good?
The Line 6 Spider IV 15 is a great amp for beginners as well as professionals. With the 4 amp models and 6 Effects, you can find most sounds that you would want. I have played everything from Chet Atkins to Metallica on this amp, and it sounds pretty good. Distortion is not the best, but this is still a good amp.

I don’t know WHY people give digital amps a hard time, technology has gotten so good that there is HARDLY a difference between a solid state and digital. It holds its own against TUBE amps too. If you want a digital amp, go with Line 6. They are excellent quality and have all the features you could dream of.
