Can you counter a suspend?
Suspend itself is an activated ability. It can only be countered by cards like Stifle and Voidslime or abilities like Azorius Guildmage . When the last time counter on a suspended card is removed, its controller casts it. At that point, it may be countered like any other spell.
Is there a way to remove suspend counters?
There are a few cards that can interact specifically with time counters. Jhoira’s Timebug puts a time counter on or removes a time counter from a permanent you control or a suspended card you own. Fury Charm removes two time counters from a permanent or suspended card.
Can you respond to suspend?
It cannot be countered or even responded to at all. The second ability is a triggered ability that uses the stack. It can be countered by Stifle.
How do suspend cards work in MTG?
If you have a card with suspend in your hand and the timing is such that you could play it, you can pay its suspend cost and remove it from the game. This doesn’t use the stack—no one can stop you, and no one can respond to this. The card is removed with the appropriate number of time counters on it.
Is suspend instant speed?

Is a suspended card a permanent?
A permanent is a non-counter object in the Battlefield Zone. Suspended cards are not in the Battlefield, ergo, they are not permanents.

The answer is yes, you can proliferate poison counters. If you read the reminder text for a card with proliferate, it says, “You choose any number of permanents and/or players with counters on them, then give each another counter of a kind already there”.
Does a 1 1 Counter remove a counter?
If a permanent has both a +1/+1 counter and a -1/-1 counter on it, N +1/+1 and N -1/-1 counters are removed from it as a state-based action, where N is the smaller of the number of +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters on it. See rule 704. Both counters will be removed as a state-based action (N=1).
Is suspend face up?
If you remove any card from the game, unless specifically stated otherwse by the effect that removed it, it must be face up.
Can you target suspend cards MTG?
Exiling a card with its suspend ability is not casting that card. This action doesn’t use the stack and can’t be responded to. If a spell with suspend has targets, the targets are chosen when the spell is cast, not when it’s exiled. If the first triggered ability of suspend is countered, no time counter is removed.
