How do you hide a nose piercing screw?
Buy a retainer used for nose piercings. They are sometimes made with clear Lucite. You can also cover the piercing with a tiny flat disc that you’ve painted with skin-tone nail polish. Clear glass and quartz nostril screws are also made to conceal nose rings.
What are nostril screws?

Can I pierce my nose with a retainer?
Yes you can. I recently had mine pierced with a glass retainer. It’s actually better for the healing process. Metal has microscopic pores that skin grows inside of.
What is clear BioFlex?
BioFlex Nose Piercing Retainer with Bioplast disc. BioFlex is an excellent piercing material. BioFlex can be steam sterilized or autoclaved; BioFlex is highly bio-compatible. It reduces the chances of an allergic reaction to almost zero. These retainers can also be used in ear lobes and ear cartilage piercings.

Can I put Bioflex in a new piercing?
For almost every type of piercing, you can initially put in a clear or invisible stud to begin with. This is called Bioplast or Bioflex (a biologically inert material which will not react with your body). Bioplast can be autoclaved, meaning you can get your initial piercing with it.
What type of nose stud stays in the best?
Labret studs are an ideal style of nostril piercing jewelry because they stay in place so well. You get the look of a nose bone or nostril screw, but the backing inside the nostril holds a labret stud in place much more securely than these other styles of nostril piercing jewelry.
How do I stop my nose bone from falling out?
Nose jewelry backings are used to help your jewelry stay secure. Once the backing is placed on the end of your jewelry, push it snug against the inside of the nostril. This adds extra protection against it falling out, but also ensures the stone will lay flat on the outside of your nose.
