Do Intuition liners expand when heated?
As the liners are heated the foam will expand and the volume inside actually gets smaller as it molds around your foot. If you were only a half size too big the molding process should actually take up some of the excess space.
Are Intuition liners good?
The Intuition Liners are the best liners I have ever used. Super light, incredibly warm, and makes any ski boot better! Skiing over 200 days a year, I can pack out a factory boot liner by mid-season. This year I made the switch and at the end of the season they are still like day one!

Yes – as long as you don’t overcook the liners (too hot/too long) they can take numerous new memories. Best not to keep re-heating unless necessary, like new shells or footbeds.
How long do Intuition liners take to break in?

Some models release vapour better than others, mind you, and tongues breath better than wraps. They can also be overwhelming and cramp your feet until you break them in. Expect five to 10 days before they break in, in most cases.

What size liner do I need for my shell?
Our liners run in full sizes so if your shell size is (for example a size 25), you should get a size 25 liner, the same size as your shells. If your shell is a half size (for example a size 24.5) you should round up or down a half size depending on the list below.
How do I determine the right thickness (volume) of the liner?
In order to determine the right thickness (volume) of liner for you, start by checking your shell fit. To do this, pull the existing liner out of the shell. Stand with your bare foot inside the bare shell, and move your foot all the way forward so that your toes are touching the end.
