A total of 4 Reggie and Yogi missions are available in Far Cry 4 and from the looks of it, they are pretty similar to the mushroom induced adventures from Far Cry 3.

Go cross-country to find a grapple point at the marker. Grapple down and slip off the heights and continue around the massif to the cave’s entry. Enter the cave to find Yogi and Reggie, ending the weird mission. You awaken in a makeshift enclosure with flames all around after once again partaking with Yogi and Reggie.
Where do you find Yogi and Reggie in Fallout 76?
Having been evicted from the Ghale homestead, Yogi and Reggie have settled in a tent just up the hill. This is at the green Y at map coordinates X: 522; Y: 581. Speak to the two stoners and once again you end of being drugged.
