Loch Fyne Oysters continues in business under separate ownership; it owns the “Loch Fyne” brand and supplies much of the seafood used by the restaurant chain. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020, Loch Fyne permanently closed 11 restaurants, including Norwich, Elton, Nottingham, Bath, Bristol and Shrewsbury.

Bradan Rost is Gaelic for roasted salmon. Fresh Loch Fyne Scottish salmon fillets are dry cured with our salt and sugar recipe, then hot smoked and kiln roasted using shavings from retired whisky casks for maximum flavour and a mouth-watering flaky texture.
