How do I add my railcard to national rail?
Click on the card icon on the far right. From here you can select your discount or loyalty rail card, and enter the card number (if required). Once you have added your card(s), they will automatically be applied to your booking.
Can I renew my senior railcard after it has expired?
Can I renew my Railcard after it expires? Yes, absolutely. It doesn’t matter whether your old one was purchased at a station or online – you can renew a Railcard with us at any point after your old one expires.
Can you use Railcard before 10am?
Yes you can. However, for all journeys made between 4:30am and 10:00am Monday to Friday a minimum fare of £12 is payable. There is no minimum fare when you travel at weekends, on Public Holidays, or during July and August.

What happens if you lie about having a railcard?
