Layout. This building is located in the southwest of northern Freeside. To reach this area coming from the north, enter Freeside via the north gate, walk past the Old Mormon Fort and head under the broken highway on the right towards the city wall and the ruined store.
How do I get a passport from Mick and Ralph?
It can be bought from Ralph at Mick & Ralph’s, a shop located close to Freeside’s east gate. It costs 500 bottle caps, or 375 if a Barter check of 50 is passed. The passport can also be obtained as one of the King’s favors at the end of the quest G.I. Blues.
How do you get out of Mick and Ralph’s secret stash?
There appears to be no way out and you must reload from a saved game, or use the console to teleport yourself somewhere else. Sometimes neither Mick nor Ralph will be present in the shop.
How do I open Micks cell door?
Press the ` key to open the command console for the game. Enter “ToggleCollision” and press Enter. Exit the console by pressing the ` key once again. You have now disabled the collision detection for the door, and your character will be able to pass through.
