Why can’t I make or receive calls on my SafeLink phone?
Check for any available software updates. Have you downloaded any 3rd party applications since the issue began? Try rebooting your device in Safe Mode to see if there is a hardware/software issue with the phone. Please try removing your SIM card and reinserting it to see if you are able to make and receive phone calls.

What happens if you run out of minutes on TracFone?
If your TracFone runs out of Airtime, you will need to add a TracFone Prepaid Wireless Airtime card to add more. The amount of minutes you use is entirely up to you. To keep your TracFone Service active, you must add Airtime before the Service End Date or the number of days left displayed on your TracFone screen.
