To initiate a Partial Erase, locate and click your Pre’s Device Info icon. Scroll to the very bottom of the following screen and choose Reset Options. The Reset Options screen lists three different choices: 1) Restart; 2) Partial Erase; and 3) Full Erase. Select Partial Erase by rapidly tapping that option twice.
