The z400 to me was just an easier atv to handle and it has reverse. It’s funny you never know how much you will use reverse until you don’t have it. I would not buy the 03 04 z400. Reverse is going to be the biggest factor. The ltr has a lot more power but may be too wide and you will for sure want bigger tires and rims.
