We have visited a number of Zoos ( Metro Zoo, Near Kendall Florida, The Zoo in Tampa, NY zoo in the bronx etc) NC Zoo is pretty good. Not the best of the bunch- but they do pretty good for what they have. I would not reccomend anyone to travel just to see it unless they were already in the area.
