Hmart is great and all but Ranch 99 is catered more to Chinese/Vietnamese cuisines. Although the bakery is smaller than the one on Spring Creek I am glad they have one. Also, food court area (and bakery) are cornered off. A lot of smaller vendor stores are not open yet, only the beauty store. Glad I don’t have to drive all the way to Plano now.
