Is Beccles Lido open all year round?
We are an open air swimming pool open from May bankholiday to October for ordinary swimming and then October to April for Cold Water Swimming.
Is Beccles Lido open in winter?
It closes for winter although would be nice to see the season extended a bit especially as we often get late summer warmth.

Beccles Lido Limited (BLL) was set up in 2009 by Shaun Crowley, Suzanne Gibbons and Maureen Saunders to acquire the old and neglected heated open-air swimming pool in Beccles and to create Beccles Lido. BLL is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity, and BLL Directors are Trustees of the Charity.
Where do you park for Beccles Lido?
There is no parking at the lido but you can park in a car park about 10 minutes walk away or in nearby streets. You would be advised to pack your own food, I only saw chips being eaten.
Does Beccles Lido have showers?

Do you have to book to go to the Lido?
DO I NEED TO BOOK TO USE THE LIDO FACILITIES? Yes. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, all sessions for the pool, gym and classes must be prebooked. There are no walk in sessions.
Can I swim at Tooting Lido?
Tooting Bec Lido is to the public from 29 March to 30 September 2021. All swims must be booked through Places Leisure. You cannot turn up and swim. Tooting Bec Lido is operated by Wandsworth’s contractor Places Leisure.
